By accessing or using LiveInterviewHelp, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About the Service
LiveInterviewHelp provides an AI-powered browser extension ("the Service") that listens to audio during video calls and surfaces suggested talking points to help users recall and articulate their experience during job interviews. The Service is designed as a personal preparation and confidence support tool.
LiveInterviewHelp is operated by an independent software product based in India. For support, contact support@liveinterviewhelp.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Intended Use and User Responsibility
Important: LiveInterviewHelp is a personal preparation aid. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of this tool complies with the rules, policies, and expectations of your employer, recruiter, interviewing company, and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.
What the Service Is
LiveInterviewHelp is an AI assistant designed to help users recall and structure their own experience and knowledge during high-pressure conversations. It surfaces hints based on information the user has already provided (their CV and the job description). It does not fabricate qualifications, generate false experience, or provide answers to technical tests or assessments. It is analogous to having prepared notes nearby during a conversation.
User Responsibility
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any consequences that result, including but not limited to loss of employment, disqualification from a hiring process, reputational harm, or legal liability.
- It is your responsibility to determine whether use of an AI support tool is permitted by the organisation conducting your interview, the platform hosting the interview, and any applicable laws or professional regulations.
- LiveInterviewHelp makes no representation about whether use of this tool is permissible in any particular context. Some employers or interview processes may prohibit the use of any external assistance. You are responsible for knowing and complying with those rules.
- You will not use the Service to misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or experience in a way that is fraudulent or constitutes deception under applicable law.
- You will not use the Service in any jurisdiction or context where doing so would be unlawful.
Recording Consent
The Service captures audio from your device to provide transcription. In many jurisdictions, recording a conversation requires the consent of all parties. It is your sole responsibility to obtain any required consent from all participants in any call before activating the Service. LiveInterviewHelp accepts no liability for any recording made without the required consents.
4. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your session credits.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Session credits are non-transferable. Credits purchased as individual sessions do not expire. Subscription passes (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) expire at the end of the stated period regardless of usage.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a session credit has been issued or a subscription period has begun, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have a billing dispute or believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@liveinterviewhelp.com and we will investigate.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, or Razorpay.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to commit fraud or obtain employment through material misrepresentation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent billing, authentication, or usage limits
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
- The AI-generated hints will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
- The Service will produce any particular outcome in an interview
- Transcription will be accurate in all accents, languages, or audio conditions
You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVEINTERVIEWHELP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of employment, income, or business opportunity
- Disqualification from any hiring process
- Reputational harm
- Damages arising from AI-generated content that is inaccurate or inappropriate
- Damages arising from your violation of applicable law or third-party terms of service
- Any consequence resulting from your decision to use this tool in any context
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveInterviewHelp and its operators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to LiveInterviewHelp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
12. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LiveInterviewHelp regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
